Flow has a very open environment where you can have daily interaction with everyone in the office. It is different than working in a big company because you are not just a number. Each person here really adds something to the team and is always willing to help out. The company expects high quality performance from its employees, but they also value your hard work and definitely reward well. There are also a lot of fun events that the company hosts and they always want their employees to have a good time!

Since it is a pretty small firm, sometimes it is difficult to know what your next career move is. I have encountered this a few times here, but ultimately the ball was in my court to propose my next advancement. Luckily management is approachable and almost anything is open to discussion. That is why I am still here.
