Snacks in the office, if I could find a positive. When I joined I couldn’t find a single bad thing to say about the company, but a year and a half later… see the cons

- The ONLY thing they care about is profit; people will always come last - Started to force staff back to the office (ideally more than 3 days a week) and they DO check this. Would rather you take the sick day and not work, instead of working from home. - company culture is “lads lads lads”. There are/were some lovely people but at higher level, they pretty much only hang out among themselves (the sales team is the most important of all and everyone else is not as well regarded) - lack of career progression and line management is a joke. In a year and a half I’ve only witnessed one or two promotions. - they don’t announce new starters or leavers to not draw attention to the numbers. In one year, almost half of the staff left and got replaced and they don’t ask themselves why, or they just don’t care Everyone complained and nobody was happy.
