      Pros

      It's almost purely remote, and I can be flexible with my work schedule and environment. The person in charge was very friendly and negotiable for unexpected delays.

      Kontras

      Lack of colleagues with sufficient project experience and programming skills. The person in charge has a personal preference for Python, but the language is not suitable for the current project.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for self development; the company is full of innovators with a great leader. Offices look really beautiful with everyone having chances to put their ideas forth.

      Kontras

      The locations are not the best. The company is a very Chinese company; if you can't get used to the Chinese language/culture, Flexbot is probably not the place for you.
