Incredible career opportunities and if you apply yourself the sky is the limit, but its certainly not a company you could cruise along taking it easy. Good benefits and competitive salaries.

Its a sink or swim environment, don't expect to have your hand held. As its such a large machine it's often hard to make your voice heard.
