Toxic and unproductive workplace - Director bei Fiskars Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I feel sorry about the people in Fiskars. There are many great people, but the leadership keeps taking bad business and people’s decisions over and over again. Very toxic workplace, specially at senior levels. Clearly people are not busy enough and there’s no consequence for bad performance or behavior. Lots of gossips and decisions are made based on who likes whom the most. Business if doing very bad for years. Wouldn’t be a surprise if they go under administration.
