No value seen on silent knowledge. - The athmosphere has changed drastically during 2-3 past years from transparent "let's solve issues together" to do not say anything that can be seen in bad light to leadership - internal politics and power struggles. This is causing issues that dirrerent functions do not get the knowledge they'd neet to perfrom - clouded decision making. - The ground level employees are paying the price for bad management decisions - unclear responsibility areas. - The company values are just words.
