Wrong direction - Software Engineer bei Fiserv: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This is was a great company to start your career with, I did, unfortunately, after the merge with FirstData everything went downhill, A "ball and chain" software was implemented, a very strict come to the office policy, lots of red-tape for the most basic things, a ton of redundancy with job positions and processes (your manager's manager will have 2 managers) us developers have zero flexibility to be creative or innovative in any way, there's zero opportunity for growth unless you go admin' and there's a lot of technical debt in a lot of departments and products. I'd say that if you're interested in working for this company wait it out or look elsewhere.
