Outstanding salary for challenging opportunity. Met a lot of very smart people. Made work friends almost immediately. Was allowed to work remotely and travelled as needed for my job. Loved the opportunity as outlined in the interview process.

This division management appeared to prefer a specific style of communication and decorum that matched the senior manager personal style that was not properly vetted during rapid hiring process. New division was growing too fast without sustainable financial income to support so new hires were not "mentored" or given any time to come up to speed and resulted in significant number of layoffs of new hires within first year of employment. Processes and procedures consistently in flux. Expected to be the perfect fit without any growing pains.
