No System to check or Fairness in policies or Awards...Things can be easily fixed, example - Awards or recognition that has to go to people who deserve but usually they are predecided by managers and are given to any person who is a sycophant or someone who need to be retained despite his quality of work is bad too, stupid HR policies, Onsite Travel bond for 6 months even if u travel for a month for business, Higher management never bothers if even you are good player in team and are having concerns, skips are done but no actions out of them.
