Management has designated my area as "non-income to the business", so we are not recognized as important to the company. The benefits for such a large company are so strict and expensive, I don't buy my medicine like I should. There is a clear favoritism about bonuses. Though my group is loss prevention, we are subjected to other departments' incidents and impacted. Hence, no bonus.
