Colleagues who disagree with the number of hours should raise to their manager, who can raise an adjustment if there was an error Any errors are then corrected immediately, however they may not be processed for payment until the next available run. We apologise if you experienced any issues in this regard during your time with us. Breaks are unpaid on most of our contracts so if you go over your daily entitlement, you would not normally be paid for the excess.
