Pros

Overtime pay, that's about it. But I'd rather work somewhere that only pays time and a half for overtime with not even half the stress from that place

Literally everything else. Including a stressful, pressuring boss, too much focus ON KPIs, recieving calls outside of work -rubbish work/life balance
