Pros
Initial package will be good. No increments after that. Not even something to keep up with inflation.
Kontras
- Worst leadership- Shouts on employees like labourers, zero professionalism. These people will take a decision without knowing the ground reality and will put it on your head to complete. and will force you to complete it by abusing you. 9 hours working is a joke here, 12 -14 hrs and sometimes even more than that you have to give, just to prove that you are working to close things. and the culture here says the more hours you give, more benefits you'll get. even after that, your managers won't appreciate your efforts. Forget work life balance. my relations with my parents and wife got so much worse because of the amount of work i was doing. - No increment at all- they won't give you enough to keep up with inflation. your ratings doesn't matter at all. I know people having ratings 4.3/5 and getting 5% raise. - Conspiracies and office politics- If your boss doesn't like you, he can even plan and kick you out of the company. He will put you in a job where you'll have least idea then on the basis of your performance, he'll fire you. Almost happened with a friend of mine. They still got proof of it. No learning- Nobody cares about your learning here. no career path. if you join this company, you'll find it very hard to switch to another company because you basically learned nothing here in your entire tenure here. Constant monitoring- They'll put a software on your system which will track your minute to minute activities and your manager will keep on monitoring you all day long. It becomes so uncomfortable after a while knowing someone is sitting on your head all the time. Half of the population leaves the company because of this application on their systems. Left by all the top leadership- Company is basically declining day by day. Entire top leadership left the company and many important employees who have been working here for more than 10 years have been leaving constantly. There is definitely a reason behind it. Piece of advice- If you have no job right now, keep looking for it. Don't join FSL. you'll regret it more than you'll regret being unemployed. If you are willing to switch, do not consider FSL, whatever your condition is in your current company, i promise it is way better than FSL.
