      The pay is good compare to other jobs, the more you work the more pay you receive

      Kontras

      The hours are crap, long days, mentally draining job, customers shouting at you cause previous agent don’t do their job correctly. If you just need a job for money, then do it but don’t do it for long, it will drain your sole.

Firstsource being a client centric company is driven by an environment that protects the customer and client data and hence comes with a few restrictions. Having said that, our people are at the core of our values and giving them a great experience is priority for us.

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
