Terrible management. Low pay for job. No incentive to stay. Long hours, pressure to sell. HR is a joke. racism in centre and nothing done about it. Poor processes. like high school. team leaders are given jobs because of who they know not what they know, same with promotions. Other team leaders who are not doing their jobs correctly arent given proper training. Seedy staff, pervy leaders flirting with younger CSRs. List is endless tbh
