Pros

Bonus is good . management is okay cannot blame a different process manager to understand current process. Good that it is people centric .

Kontras

Reaching up to management is tedious process tough to understand y things happen wen u aren't told about it .

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
