Turn over is not managed (VP calls is growing pains but they've yet to stop) I don't think a single person at this office has maintained their position during my years employed here, either moving to new departments in hopes of better management or leaving entirely. The blatant favoritism of half the staff and do as I say not as I do attitude from upper management is infuriating. Add to that the delegation of tasks to other departments due to high turn over makes working here not ideal to say the least. Community Managers have the best perks, but most are over worked while the AR/GL teams have the best management but she's so overworked getting a quick answer or assistance from her is almost impossible. The skeleton departments (sometimes only one person departments) make gaining assistance and taking time off headache inducing and near impossible as all time off has to be approved by supervisors. Despite PTO and vacation time being part of your 'perks'. My recommendation don't walk away from this but run, it's sincerely spiraled out of control in the past few years and I can't in good conscience recommend working here to anyone. Any VP who says you will give blood, sweat, and tears to a job needs to reevaluate how much they push their workers. I don't mind sweating but if I'm giving blood and tears something is wrong.
