Pros

Great for a Part-Time Job. If Hospitality/ Customer Service is your Field this company is easy to move up with.

The Company is huge on Teamwork but when it comes to property Manger picking they are not so well in that skill. Also the Residents that you have to service is awful. The Company itself is not serious about protecting their employees. My first time ever working for a company where no one is willing to work together as a team. The only time they work together is to terminate someone they dislike. Most properties let their Board members have most control of the operation and sometimes that leads to them making decisions that personally benefits themselves not the community. And during my first pandemic as a young Adult I found very disturbing how grown Adults did not take Covid-19 serious at all. like I said "some properties" I can't speak for all because I only worked for a total of Two buildings permanently and I also temporarily worked at other buildings floating around. Hopefully this will help the next individual a heads up before they waist as much time as I did.

They take good care of the office people

Kontras

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
