Thanks for your feedback on the people and work environment here at FirstService Residential. That's great to hear! We'd agree that the lunch room currently isn't the greatest for socializing, following COVID-19 restrictions. They take good care of the office people

Kontras

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
