The unlucky co workers trying to do good and do their job

Managers without people management experience make work life miserable and customers know it too No communication until last minute and then they blame everyone else for not knowing Forcing everyone to take wrong course of action while smiling and pretending to be happy Setting people up for failure No one knows what they're doing and just pretend to know No promotion from within; only hire people from outside that don't last longer than a few months Encourage discord between staff at all levels Managers talk negatively about staff and would rather fire people than train them. No one respects management

Pros

At the time, I was working overnight at a condominium, and the quiet environment gave me the opportunity to focus on my schoolwork since there was very little activity throughout the building. The team I worked with was incredible, they made me feel like I was part of a family, which made the job even more enjoyable and rewarding.

Working the graveyard shift can significantly affect a person's sleep schedule and overall sleep quality.

They take good care of the office people

Kontras

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
