WARNING!!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE! COMPANY IS MICROMANAGED AT ALL LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT! On-site management is exceedingly unprofessional and downright degrading to the point where hourly employees are made to incompetent and worthless! The so called "open door policy" is a complete joke! Managers cover each other's butts, and the hourly employees suffer. Complete and total witch hunt for hourly employees accusing them of things that were false. Employees were MADE to sign document(s) stating they were at fault when they weren't!
