Company with no class - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei FirstService Residential: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This is the local office of an international company. They have a lot of good ideas and probably intentions but the reality doesn't match up. They want to be a classy company but don't act that way. Very top-down management style that discourages people from making suggestions or doing anything extra. Hard to care about the company when it doesn't care about the employees.
