Excellent benefits, lots of activities that help bring employees together.

No loyalty to employees by my Team Leader and who have busted their rump to maintain a building in the portfolio, if it means they have to scapegoat you to make it look like they lost the account because of you, when all along, the coop board wanted to change management companies before you even started at the building. They couldn't even give me a valid reason why they let me go. So that was the reason. That was confirmed by a coworker. Salary "increase" at new year amounted to 50 cents more an hour before taxes. Insulting, to say the least.

Great Support. Great management. Lots of vendor perks.

Very long hours. Must work to learn about all full cycle of audits, landscape, accounting, paving, reserve funding, public speaking, basic law, and keep current with new changes in HOA practices

Pros

They take good care of the office people

Kontras

Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
