Hi! Thank you for taking the time to rate and review us. I am sorry that it seems like your experience with us wasn’t great but I am happy to see that you did work in positive environments and felt that managers were working to improve the organization. We strive to make this a great place to work and we are always working to improve. Having said that, we know that we can always do more. Because of that, we take all pros and cons seriously as it is valuable feedback. I do, however, want to correct the comment that “there was a consistent pattern that temp status men were offered permanent positions before temp status women, although the woman was with the company first” as we do not believe this to be true. You may not have been aware that some of our contract staff are filling roles that are truly temporary in nature (ie, short-term roles only) and, as such, are not convertible to a full-time position at any time. Only those positions structured as “contract-to-perm” are eligible for conversion. Perhaps this impacted your perception as to what was occurring. We give all our team members, male or female, equal opportunities to be the best that they can be and to help FirstKey Homes succeed regardless of gender.
