The company pays its employees very well. The PTO is generous.

The upper level management does not spend a lot of time with lower level supervision. Sometimes only checking in when things have already gone wrong instead of being proactive. Policy and rule changes are often made without discussing the terms of their implementation. Nepotism runs rampant throughout the company, so moving up without knowing someone is very tough.
