Pros

They conduct quarterly surveys to see how the employees are feeling. Then they ignore the negative responses completely.

Kontras

Pay is below average. Bonuses are a joke. No growth Opportunities, they only hire upper management from outside. A select few may climb ranks but it involves a lot of brown-nosing. Poor upper management with no direction. No communication or prioritization from senior executives on company vision. You can work there for 25 years and get laid off on a whim because it will make the senior executives look good on paper for the shareholders.

Pros

One of the organized credit union to work with. Teams are structured well to fit the customer needs. Work life balance. I see the great improvement in learning curve. You will get chance to work with many out of the box solutions in banking .

Nice location, easy access, good D&I

I worked here for two years, the Pay scale was so low you had to work two jobs if you’re a single person. They have the customer service representatives doing sales, and then find ways to not give sales bonuses because your customer service levels aren’t high enough. I had worked in customer service for eight years and I’m still in customer service at another institution and never have I seen such ridiculous rules. If you have to send a request to another department and they call them back your first call resolution is crap. And remember this is a sales team so they pay you so little and work really hard to not give you a bonus. I talked to a Work coworker who stated that now they don’t get their quarterly bonuses because they have to be at 110% of First call resolution to get the quarterly sales. Bonus makes zero sense.
