Pros

Benefits are great, company covers a lot of different areas in finance. Employees and supervisors are welcoming and encourage growth.

Kontras

Weak synergy among different departments. Too many changes have been implemented in such a short time, leading to a lot of confusion with conflicting goals and values. Training sessions need better structure and to be more frequent. Unable to recommend at current state but there have been changes in leadership lately so if things improve then I would recommend working here.

Pros

One of the organized credit union to work with. Teams are structured well to fit the customer needs. Work life balance. I see the great improvement in learning curve. You will get chance to work with many out of the box solutions in banking .

Nice location, easy access, good D&I

I worked here for two years, the Pay scale was so low you had to work two jobs if you’re a single person. They have the customer service representatives doing sales, and then find ways to not give sales bonuses because your customer service levels aren’t high enough. I had worked in customer service for eight years and I’m still in customer service at another institution and never have I seen such ridiculous rules. If you have to send a request to another department and they call them back your first call resolution is crap. And remember this is a sales team so they pay you so little and work really hard to not give you a bonus. I talked to a Work coworker who stated that now they don’t get their quarterly bonuses because they have to be at 110% of First call resolution to get the quarterly sales. Bonus makes zero sense.
