Positive supportive meticulous warm management; never have I seen a problem befall me or others due to management. Compassionate to human needs and differences. All coworkers and management are a joy to chat with. It's a very warm supportive environment. Beautiful drive at work. It's fun and highly enjoyable if you are good at it.

You must know how to wrangle a large group of children- be skilled enough to do so while proactively defensive driving at the fullest extent of safety. No work in the summer and a smaller paycheck on weeks with a significant number of 'No School' days. Bus can get hot inside on warmer days.
