If the business hours and schedules do not match the needs of the individual, it's not the responsibility of the business to make changes to accommodate the individuals - that's just not realistic. In that case, the individual needs to seek employment at a busness that does offer work hours and a schedule that best fits their needs. In addition, your comment under cons about the customers being 90% senior citizens is truly disheartening and disappointing. We believe that most of our employees respect our customers no matter what their demographic.
