It's a weekly paycheck. And that is all.

The plant manager does not engage with the employees at all. He leaves it all in the hands of HR, which is ran by a egomaniac that is a corporate tool. She has zero interest in diversity, employee retention, or making employees feel appreciated. All she cares about is earning her paycheck and ensuring that overpaid management and other salary employees keep theirs. There is zero loyalty at this company, and you can be replaced even if you have dedicated over 20 plus years of service. There are almost no employee incentives, except for that quarterly bonus check. One day, the owners will wake up and realize that the first problems with this company begins and ends at the door of the HR department.
