Have learned a significant amount of new skills whilst working here and have gained exposure to multi-channel/platform/strategy approaches. From what I gather, this is quite rare in other agencies. Good salary and very open career path - management is very open to you pitching new ideas for your own career trajectory. If you're ambitious, you'll be able to do very well here. Very fun and welcoming team - for a company this big, the lack of office politics is a welcome surprise. Most people are very open to helping you succeed and lots of inter-team training.
Kontras
It's not the easiest job, it can get stressful at times, which requires a strong mindset. You will most likely need to OT if you want to finish your work, however, it's not a lot ridiculous amount compared to other agencies. Most people are out by 7pm, 8pm latest.
