Not much, colleagues are okay as u are all trauma bonding. Good if u glorify OT.

Management does not know what they are doing, and they are losing people and accounts fast. Managers not doing their work properly and this gets passed down. So blind leading the blind. Progression is slow. Cliqueish culture.
