NO BONUS!!!! NOT ENOUGH PAY!! Compared to what other companies pay Employees get a raised BASED on THE LATE FEES OF INSURED’s. Some employees work from home 100% in different states while others are not allowed to work from home 100% The president always avoids answering the challenging questions in meetings/ goes around the bush Always talking about how much money the company makes/ but barely gives raises/ bonuses were taken away
