Getting to work at FHF with my team has been one of my favorite accomplishments to happen. I am constantly heard and understood. My team constantly supports my ideas.

We are lacking vacation/holiday days

I've had opportunities to learn new skills, contribute to meaningful work, and grow professionally. Communication is open, and team members are encouraged to share ideas and feedback.

If I could change one thing, it would be the work schedule. We currently work every Saturday, and I think alternating weekends on and off would help improve work life balance while still meeting business needs.
