View from office, a sociable group of people working there and plenty of superficial company perks like a free monthly sandwich.

Unfortunately the worst working environment I have experienced. There are many great employees however they have to suffer the same poor management, poor HR function, lack of structure, minimal communication, empty promises and unrealistic expectations that exist there. I also experienced a number of issues when I left, which seems to be a running theme with others who have also left the business.
