Pros

The staff at each site are lovely and super helpful.

Kontras

Really slow response from management and very little communication with staff. As part of the support team you are expected to work late nights as waitstaff for ANZ events, despite signing up for a concierge/reception role. I found it quite concerning that they expected you to serve alcohol without a checking for a valid RSA.

Diverse group of individuals working for the company, enjoyed getting to know everyone and the after work events that management planned.
