Change in direction is always inconsistent. The company used to treat you as family now your a number. They run the company with the motto "I don't care what you have done for me. What can you do for me now." Upper management and middle management will continue to have high turn over with the way they changed the way they manage their front-line employees. FEAR is not the way. 55+ hour work weeks with no appreciation.
