Pros
Commission was the biggest and best thing about the business. Guaranteed 2-8% commission based off of every transaction you run. The second best thing is getting to help people even if it's in such a small way, sometimes those customers will cry to you and express there gratitude.
Kontras
Definitely dealing with angry customers who lost there things they will curse you as if you have it out for them personally. When really your just doing your job. Another con would be advancement process to become a store manager. They just throw you in the fire, no training or instruction. Although they offer videos and training for all other positions, this is the one they do not help you with.
