Good relationship with most of my customers

Long hours, no lunch break you eat in between customers, not flexible on coverage ex: school calls about your child they expect you to chose work over a sick child & possible CPS case. Very high turnover rate, meets are mandatory you could work in Terrell & they expect you to drive to Euless or North Richland Hills w/no mileage pay

fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
