Less projects and business was dull due to covid

No pros are there, You will feel like a slave imported from Africa without any pay.

1. They are facing a financial Crunch from last 18 months(Its July 2019 now) and it's not gonna get better amysoon. 2. They want you to leave abruptly so that they can keep your money and hire someone with that. 3. They are the first one to deduct salary for small reasons, but some basic deduction like TDS will not be paid timely. 4. All the employee's 2-3 months of salary is pending, believe me their salary is not less than 80k per month. 5. Increment given by them is not even peanuts. I was getting 40000, and they offered increment of 1500 to me after 1 year. 6. Every tiny administrative employee thinks of him as a big shot, this is the main problem why the company is failing. 7. All the top level staffs are hands down liars. They will lie to you on your face and get away with it.
