- Benefits are not the best. Extremely expensive insurance for families, limited family leave for new parents. - Roles are poorly defined which results in confusion in responsibilities and therefore discipline from management. - Training is essentially "here's a book, come to me when you have questions." Leads to lots of confusion later on and frustration from management.
