No Moral Compass - Product Manager bei First Advantage: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I worked with this company for eight months. The little respect I had for them was shattered immediately after starting. This company is not nicked-named "Take Advantage" for nothing. I witnessed them bullying their researchers. This company has no integrity, no moral compass and absolutely no empathy for their employees or their researchers. There is no partnership in this organization, they just take, take, take at every opportunity they can. Whether it's with their partners or employees; they are ALL about the bottom line. Run, run, run away and fast. I couldn't morally remain with this company seeing how they treat their partners and their employees and to hear how they talk about them. Very unprofessional group of upper-management.
