Started out as a company with integrity (when it was LexisNexis) and sincere customer concern. Benefits were good. Working conditions were adequate.
Kontras
Morphed into a company with little or no customer concern. No concern for the development of employees. Became just a call center with a drive to up-sell customers. Customer problems were left unaddressed. Morale went down the tubes. Management could care less as long as expenses were trimmed and customers were sold more and more, regardless of their needs.
