Makes employee work a lo but gvs very less salary also forces employees to do OT If not they wil b forced to liv the company for silly reasons. Team leads for FAPL Pre initiation Process are nt good decision takers...lots of politics. Hardworking. Employees r being removed for sill errors. No respect for employees.lots of partiality.leads r wasting eployees time by keeping unnecessary meetings.
