Great working team, great C-Suite team, pay is ok based on position.

Kontras

Title changes are not a position change, they are just a bit of glitter. Since its not a Position change, there is no financial bump. Still working through the acquisition, so that may be why. But change needs to happen

remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

Kontras

work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
