- Push Programs!! - Expect to get the run around about promotions - Managers promote "their favorite" as opposed to someone who deserves it - The pay honestly is not great...Most of the time its just a little bit over minimum wage even after your commission - Not enough hours for associates - Hours are not given out fairly - Managers also on commission and are pretty petty and super competitive with sales - Store managers complain about their staff/store but dont do anything to change it - Not appreciated
