The people who work here genuinely care about helping others and that creates a positive environment where the work feels meaningful. The culture is supportive and welcoming. I especially enjoy the dog friendly office because the dogs bring a lot of energy and joy into the workspace. Leadership is also a strong point. My manager and the broader leadership team truly care about both the health of the business and the well being of their teams. That style of leadership shows up across the organization and creates a collaborative and thoughtful workplace. Because the organization is still growing, there is a lot of opportunity for career development. Internal mobility is encouraged and I have seen the company create roles that align with people’s strengths and long term goals. It feels like you can truly build a career here. There are also nice perks that make the day to day better. Free lunch twice a week gives everyone a chance to connect, build relationships across teams, and take a real break during the workday.

The benefits at Findhelp are very strong, especially for a company of its size. It feels like the organization truly invests in its people and provides as much as it can while continuing to grow. I do wish there was a clearer separation between sick time and vacation time. I think it would make it easier for employees to take care of themselves when unexpected situations come up. Even so, benefits have continued to improve during my time here, including expanded medical coverage and increased family leave. It is clear that the company cares about its employees and will keep enhancing benefits as it becomes able to do more.
