Pros
Really friendly teams. Great place to learn & develop experience in finance. Opportunity to progress for talented people. Study support can be requested for ACCA, CIMA etc.
Kontras
Sometimes the work can be repetitive & you have to be a little patient to wait for progression opportunities to open up. IT is not great but getting a bit better. Not the best salaries but more than made up for with chance to get experience, learn & chance to progress.
