There're no pros, HR would tell you that if you want to refer someone make sure not to it, because we don't know about clients here, they uncertain. And for better career this is not the place (she is being honest)

Worst company Management is very bad Tls and managers are incompetent They don't want to take any of yours advices or suggestions into consideration. It is more like client centric company not an employee centric, client is the real owner not the company you're working with. Promises are broken every week. They're not consistent on leave policies. Lot of politics . Outdated ideologies.
