Good work like balance No mandatory overtime Fulfilling job (when things run properly)

Management is too obsessed with their job title vs their job duties. I’ve never seen such poorly implemented ideas/strategies with zero regard for the people they’ll impact on a daily basis. Poor pay, and equally worse benefits.
